We deposit funds directly into your account on a bi-monthly or monthly basis depending on your preference. A monthly statement will then be emailed to you with the details of all rental incomes and expenditures. To save on the costs for minor repairs, we manage it in a different way - we inspect the issue first. Some of the repairs can be fixed without any costs to tenants/owners, which will save hundred of dollars every year on property maintenance and repairs. When the repair requires a qualified trade person, we will only use qualified tradepeople. And most importantly, all maintenances must be approved by you.
